Nespresso Rosabaya de Colombia coffee pod capsule

Nespresso Rosabaya de Colombia Capsule

Note: The Royabaya de Colombia coffee pod capsules have been discontinued by Nespresso, although they are still sold in some variety packs. We recommend some similar alternatives below.

Wet-method treated coffee in the highest regions of Colombia have their aromas intensified before being dried in parchment and transferred to the region of Paramo de Letras, where the cold, dry climate preserves the beans. Split roasting the different coffee varities in this coffee pod allows the acidic and fruity aromas to come out stronger, all the while adding body.

Intensity: 6

Size of Cup: Espresso (40ml)

Aromatic Profile: Red fruit: blackcurrants, redcurrants and cranberries

Alternatives to the Nespresso Rosabaya de Colombia Capsule

Nespresso have discontinued the Rosabaya de Colombia capsule. There are some Nespresso variety packs that include Rosabaya de Colombia capsules where you can still pick some up, but these are expected to be phased out over time. If you would like, you can try some of these variety packs and also pick up some other flavours you might just fall in love with!

Recommended: Nespresso Volluto Capsule

A medium intensity coffee but with distinct fruity notes, the Nespresso Volluto capsule is a strong alternative to the old Rosabaya de Colombia capsule. It also has some sweet, biscuity notes in addition to the fruitiness of the aroma – we think you’d love this coffee pod if you’ve had Rosabaya de Colombia before!
